Application for Lease

Please complete one application per adult applicant. A non-refundable $39 screening fee per adult applicant is paid directly to TransUnion SmartMove, which runs the credit and background check. One application and screening is required for each adult who will live in the home.

After you submit, you'll receive a screening invitation by email from TransUnion SmartMove — the $39 fee is paid directly to TransUnion, never to us.

Please note: a minimum FICO credit score of 650 is required, and the application fee is non-refundable. If your score is under 650, you may still qualify with a guarantor (700+ FICO, income of at least 5× the monthly rent, Illinois resident, passes screening) or with an additional security deposit equal to one month's rent.

Already have a reusable tenant screening report (issued within 30 days)? Send it to us instead and the application fee is waived.

Your Social Security number is notcollected on this form. If it's needed to run your credit and background check, we'll request it securely — never by email or web form.
